The kit contains instructions, painting guide, decals for several aircrafts, styrene and resin parts. All parts are in sealed plastic bags. The kit features a complete resin cockpit interior. Box shows wear and discoloration from long storage. “The Grumman Duck would never win a contest for aerodynamic god looks, but it secured a place in American aviation history by rescuing downed airmen and coastal patrol, it did have the distinction of evacuating Carlos Romulo future president of the Philippines, before the final surrender to the Japanese. The Duck served throughout W.W. II and some saw service well into the 1950s. The Air forces of Argentina, Columbia and Mexico, also made limited use of this unorthodox aircraft.
