Description: Gourd Ornaments, Hand Painted, New Mexico, 2014, Unique Five Gourd Set, Set #6Each of these gourd ornaments was hand painted with an original scene. Most show scenes related to New Mexico although some are specifically Christmas themed. Many are signed by the artists. I am guessing these ornaments were made as a fund raising project. The gourds are sealed with a shiny sealant, likely a varnish. I have enjoyed them as a second owner so I am not certain of their exact story. They look nice hanging on a Christmas tree or arranged in a basket or bowl. The gourds are approximently the size of medium sized apples. There are 6 sets available in my store. All are different.
