Description: Goebel MJ Hummel 129 Band Leader Maestro Porcelain Figurine Music Conductor #129 We offer for sale this lovely vintage hand painted “Band Leader”, Maestro or Music Conductor porcelain figurine depicting a boy with sheet music acting as a band leader or orchestra conductor. It is signed MJ Hummel. It was made in West Germany and it is signed Goebel and marked with a makers mark, which was used from 1950-72. Back stamp is imprinted: 129 and 30 or 80 is written or painted on the bottom. See photos for measurements. Figurine is in antique/ vintage condition- no chips or cracks but glaze or finish has some crazing, see photos. Other figurines listed and sold separately. Photos are shown with flash lighting and with normal natural (incandescent) house lighting. Photos with flash are darker than those without. See photos for full description and condition.
