Dark brown rim has a non-glossy, lightly textured surface. There are a total of 2 platters available that are being sold individually - see last photo that shows both. At the time of the original listing there were other pieces in this line available - please be sure to look for those listings as well. Condition is pre-owned vintage. Overall in good condition for their age, use and materials used. These do have utensil scratches which you can see in a certain light. These do not have any chips but one does have some glaze crazing - see photos for front and back of the platter with crazing.
