You'll need to remove your subframe and then your standard bushings. There's a few ways to remove the standard bushings which option you choose is up to you (google is your friend). Once you've got the standard bushings removed you need to press fit the new bushings in their place. TIP: put the bushings in the freezer for a few hours before installing them. This will shrink them slightly to make things a little easier. What’s the advantage of these bushings? The solid bushings offer a more solid rear end = better driver control and feel and also raise the subframe to help correct the roll center on lowered vehicles. Do these cause much vibration/noise in the cabin? Not really. Obviously anything solid or more rigid is going to cause an increase in noise and vibration however I'd hardly say that it's noticeable.
