I've used this machine in my business of film transfer and it works perfectly but the sound is muffled. You can still play any Super8 (sound and silent) and the machine works flawlessly. I installed a bulb from another machine of the same make and model temporarily so you can see it in operation in the attached video. I tried to find the part that reads the sound track to no avail so if you can find it and know how to repair it, you can easily sell this machine for double or triple what I'm selling for. Physically it's in great shape.
