It has never been used or displayed and is NEW in the original manufacturer's box. The box will be in good to very good condition, not perfect. This figurine stands at approximately 14 inches in height. READ ME: There are a couple of miniscule flecks of stray ceramic under the glaze on the base. They measure in at 1 to 2 millimeters each. This occurred during the manufacturing process. I have added a picture with a Post-It arrow to indicate what it is I am referring to. View the attached photos. One such area is observed in front of his left boot also. This is not damage. I am mentioning this for informational purposes only. It can only be seen to the naked eye when up very close to the unit and scrutinizing the item very carefully. In regard to missing packages, if the delivery carrier states that they delivered your package, then you will need to file a complaint or claim through them.
