It has never been used or displayed and is NEW in the original manufacturer's box. The box will be in good to good (+) condition, not perfect. There is a small tear on the box top flap which is a little over 1/2 inch. This figurine stands at approximately 16 inches in height. READ ME: The nutcracker's hat has got some incomplete paint brush strokes. These lighter areas are not scratches or scuffs. View the pictures carefully for further details This is not damage. We ask that payment be made no later than three days from the date of purchase. In regard to missing packages, if the delivery carrier states that they delivered your package, then you will need to file a complaint or claim through them.
