Description: For your consideration, a very unusual styled doll, handmade, from Poland. As shown in photos, there’s a very detailed manufacturers label on the bottom. In comparison with other listings, and like/kind dolls found on the Internet, the loose interpretation of the label is that this is handmade in a specific region in Poland. What is different about this particular doll is her dress/costume. Most of the others that have been found are dressed in traditional/folk costume. However, this doll is dressed in what might be considered Elizabethan attire. She has a full length gown in gold tone, and gold tone shoes. There are many details throughout the bodice and the headdress. Her shoes do appear to need to be re-glued to the base. They are currently intact, and she is standing of her own volition.
