The pendant has both a pin and hinged bale on back and measures approx 1", marked 10K. It hangs from a yellow gold chain that's approx 17" when opened including the clasp (marked 417 Italy on the PP 13 with other markings on the ring at the end, 10K on the clasp.) You're getting this jewelry just as I did, good vintage condition, normal wear or patina from age and use, sold as found.
