Before the offbeat humor seen in Beevis and Butthead and Southpark, there was The Mr. Bill Show on SNL, the cute little character Mr. Bill and his dog Spot, and their tormentors Sluggo and Mr.Hands. It was so stupid and weird that I laughed and laughed every time I saw it. So of course when I saw this book back in '79, I had to have it. Bound to be a classic someday!
