Unfortunately, many of Kuri's recognizable elegance has now been removed from Club 33 and the space was re-imagined by Disneyland management in 2014. The original designs for Club 33 were approved by Walt Disney with architectural designs drawn by Walt's son-in-law, Robert Brown. Emile Kuri provided the interior art decor for the historic restaurant. (it is also noted that the editors of the Disneyland Line actually misspelled Kuri's first name... instead, referring to the two-time Oscar winner as "Emil.")
