Description: Department 56 FROST UNIVERSITY 799927 Collector's Ltd Edition 1699 / 12000 Part of the original Snow Village collection, Frost University was introduced in 2007 and retired in 2008. This was a collector's edition with a run limited to 12,000, with each piece being hand-numbered. This is number 1,669 of 12,000. It measures approximately 9.75" x 8.25" x 11". The weather vane that is supposed to sit on the peak is missing. Otherwise, this building is in excellent pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks. There is a white paint "drip" on the roof of the window that is in the peak which I have shown in the last photo. I thought at first that it was a crack, but it is just paint.
