Description: Offered is this group of vintage items the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. Included is the small booklet from the fall/winter 1943 term commencement ceremonies, dated December 23, 1943, two tickets to the ceremonies, two student identification cards for Frederick Edwin Schultz, one for 1942-1943 and the other for 1943-1944 (Schultz is listed as an aeronautical engineering graduate in the program-see photo #6), two membership tickets in the Rensselaer Union, one for 1942-1943 and the other, unpunched, for 1943-1944, Schultz's 1943 membership card in the Institute of Aeronautical Sciences and his report card for the 1943-1944 second term. The commencement booklet has a white embossed cover with the school logo; it feels like leather but may only be "leatherette", I'm not sure. It is approx. 7 1/2" x 5 1/4". The pages are unnumbered but there are approx. 26, including the blank backs. In addition to the ceremonies program, thee is a list of the names and hometowns of each graduating student, four full-page black and white drawings of campus landmarks, the words to the alma mater and a list of all the graduation committee members. The booklet is in good to very good condition for its age. A couple small areas are missing along the top edge of the cover, one on the front and one on the back. I see no missing or torn pages and all are well-attached. There is some yellowing. The tickets and other items are all in very good condition, with no tears. There is some discoloration on some pieces and some have slight edge wear. Please take a moment to look at all of the other items in my eBay store!
