Bag may have flaws, but most sellers don't even include it. If you want it altered and opened before shipment, that is an option but it will increase the chance of damage. While new statues might have issues, I've had considerably more problems with opened due in part to the carelessness or dishonesty of many sellers with items supposedly "mint, unused, displayed, inspected, new" and so on. Obviously pictures show a prototype. Paint may be slightly different. Don't delay. This statue has sold for over $1500 shipped as well as in potentially worse condition or less complete/altered.
