These are from the 2000's when Ralph Lauren contracted some of the best shoe makers in the world to produce his shoe collection, Crockett and Jones was a good choice since they produced John Lobb shoes when John Lob didn't have a factory on their own in the late 1990's. SHOES are brand new never used with no issue. Comes with box.They are lined for ultimate comfort.All leather Upper: upper/inside. Double Leather sole.Cost new was $895. Size is 7 E in US size. So much so that he sought an English manufacturer, Crockett & Jones, to produce a collection of Loafers, Saddle Oxfords and Bluchers (Derbys to the Europeans reading this). All seamlessly fitting into the Polo design ethos and a wise choice, for they continued to sell for decades.
