Description: Coalport Treaty of Paris Commemorative Pink Rose Doves Cobalt & Gold Plate B Nice antique British porcelain plate made by Coalport to commemorate the Treaty of Paris in 1814. Decorated with a wide band of cobalt with gold urns and floral scrollwork and the feathers of the Prince of Wales, white lily of France, the dove of peace, and an English pink rose over gold ovals. Unmarked except for the pattern number 419. Has some wear to the gilding, and wear consistent with age, and some staining, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 9 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
