She was considered by chefs and fellow food writers to be the doyenne of Italian cuisine. Hazan taught courses at the French Culinary Institute. The top edge has some black scuffing marks and on opposite end small stain. Fore edge has black scuff mark at top edge. Interior is in nice shape. Previous owners name on 1st free end paper. The dust jacket is only in good condition. There is edge wear and nicks and small tears on edges. The price is intact ($12.95). Toning inside to jacket.
