It is a solid brass buckle, made in Taiwan by Baron Buckles back in the 1970s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnishing / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 4-1/8" x 1-3/4", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 4.5 oz.
