Description: If you know, you know! CGC no longer awards the “PERFECT” grade anymore since they’ve restructured. This is very much a “blue label” or a “perfect 10” collector’s item more so than it is a Dedenne collector’s item. It is a POP 16 with, obviously, none higher! And the cool part is the population will NEVER increase because CGC no longer gives the “perfect” grade anymore! There’s only one other of the 16 I’ve ever seen for sale and it hasn’t been sold.
