The commemorative Certificate was personally signed by both the Commander of the 145 Airlift Wing, Charlotte, NC, and also signed by the Mission Commander and pilot who flew the Air Force C-130 over Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills. NC on 17 Dec 2003. Although the certificate is not numbered, there was a very limited number of these flags that were flown aboard this Air Force C-130 as part of the Centennial of Flight Celebration. The U.S. Flag is a 3 foot by 5 foot embroidered-stars Flag with metal grommets, and the flag suitable to be flown on your home flagpole.
