Description: The Cambodia 2,000 Riels Banknote was issued by the National Bank of Cambodia in 1995. This brown banknote bears Khmer text and was printed by Fancois-Charles Oberthur. Its obverse features two boats with fishermen casting nets in Lake Tonle Sap. It also bears a border frieze from the Banteay Srei Temple. The reverse depicts Angkor Wat. The note contains a solid security thread printed with BANQUE NATIONALE DE CAMBODGE. Its watermark reflects cubes. The note is 128 x 67 mm in size and is signed by Governor Thor Peng Leath and General Cashier Tieng Seng. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
