Description: At 79 years of age and having lost 2.5" I thought I needed to drop down from a senior to ladies flex. These clubs were made 1 degree flat and a half inch shorter than standard. This spec really works well for women who are 5'2" - 5'3" or shorter. The Ladies shaft gives a higher launch and I already have a very high launch angle. So in the real world on a golf course, they will not work for me. Technically they are considered used. The Callaway Big Bertha Reva irons have a very good reputation as does the Taylor Made Kalea. That is why I did mix and match. I have played both clubs in my lifetime. These clubs are an ideal set for a woman who has gone through her starter set, and is now ready to move up in quality. They would also work quite well for a woman starting out who is athletic as "entry level" starter sets are not anywhere near this quality and they may in fact be discouraging.
