Installation Tips The best method of creating the pedal car tires is to clean/paint/prepare your wheels as you choose. Of course you want to have removed any remains of the original tire, any rust or scale that remained, etc. Next, wrap the bulk rubber material around the wheel (lay it in the groove of the wheel where it would normally be) and mark the rubber where it would meet up with the very end of the material. Now, unwrap the material from the wheel and cut the material about ¼" short of that mark. Make sure the cut ends of the rubber are smooth and straight. While the tire is still off the wheel, apply a couple of drops of the 91894076 tire adhesive to one face of the rubber and join the two ends together. Be sure to align the ridges of the material without inducing a twist in the material. You can hold the tire ends together for about 30 seconds to make sure the adhesive has a good grip, then normally place the tire inside a coffee can or bowl or a loop is made ahead of time for a few hours until you are certain the glue is dry. To install the new tire lay the glued "seam" of the tire into the groove of the wheel first and gently roll the rest of the tire over the remaining wheel lip.
