I have owned this retirement folder since 1996, and it was signed on the night of their jersey retirement at "The Aud" in Buffalo, NY. (which explains the location of the signatures) on the folder, as well as the fact they all signed using the markers or pens they had on them as Iam sure they were signing regularly that evening.
