All you need do is top up periodically with water. Eggs are turned by rotating egg quadrants. Two sets are supplied ? one for 24 medium chicken eggs and one for 12 large chicken, duck or turkey eggs. Quadrants for 40 small quail eggs and 8 extra large eggs like goose are available as options.
