Beautiful color advertisement for John Wayne's In Old Oklahoma This magazine is very hard to find, especially issues that date back to the 1940's. This issue, as well as the other Boxoffice magazines that I am selling, were being stored in the floor boards of a theater that was being demolished. They were rescued before demolition occurred, but do have some wear from being stored and handled over the last 80+ years. Condition:- Front and back cover w/ wear- Some separation in the spine- Dusty from being in storage over the yearsSome page have small tears- Overall, in good condition considering it's age!
