Description: This is a wire basket with ceramic spool-like handles. The wire used to make it a twisted-pair or rope cable and has a nice patina. The sides of the basket are in a daisy pattern. I don't think it was handmade, but it has that look. The ceramic spool handles are painted and glazed in a colorful stripe, floral and dot pattern.
