THE BOTTOM FLOUNCES IN A RUFFLE FROM END TO END WITH A PLAIN NET BACKING THE RUFFLE HAVING A FINE CHAIN STITCH EDGING WITH LOOPING WITH FINE LOOP EDGING ON THE OUTER SCALLOPED EDGE RUFFLE. THE FLORAL DETAILING IS DENSE ALL ABOVE THE RUFFLE AND FADES OFF INTO LONG TENDRILS TOWARDS THE WAISTBAND. THE TOP HAS A THREAD WEAVING THROUGH THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN USED IN THE GATHERING BEFORE IT WAS CONNECTED TO THE WAISTBAND. THIS PIECE WOULD BE GREAT TO FINISH OFF INTO A BRIDAL SKIRT, ENOUGH FABRIC THAT A DRESS COULD BE MADE OR WOULD BE AN INCREDIBLE VEIL.
