No stains or odors on the runner . The runner comes from a smoke free and pet free home. The fringe and binding are in excellent condition . Looks like the fringe has been professionally replaced. Look at last 2 pictures. The pile is full and thick with no wear on it. With any used rug there could be some fading. There is no Karastan label on the back . The Karastan factory has closed down according to the NY Times issue dated June 6 , 2021. Therefore the rugs will not be made any longer . The price of existing rugs will increase with demand going up. So if you are wanting to purchase one I would suggest buy the one you like and don't wait. Either from me or another seller on ebay.
