Description: Offered here is " Beato Angelico (II) ", published in Italian in Milan by Roberto Hoesch, undated. This folio contains 12 color reproductions of works by Renaissance artist Fra Angelico featured in the Firenze, Museo S. Marco (Florence S. Marco Museum). Each reproduction measures 3.5" x 5.5", backed on 6" x 8" card stock. This is Collection #13 (Raccolta 13) out of 16 in this published series, as indicated on the back of the folio. An index on an inner panel of the folio lists each painting in this series. Both can be seen in the accompanying photographs. The twelve prints within the folio are in Like New condition, with the following exceptions: print 1 has bumping at the upper left corner; print 5 and print 7 each have a faint pinpoint mark on their borders; otherwise, the 12 prints are all clean, unmarked and uncreased. The cover of the folio slipcover bears a color print of "Angelo Musicante" by Angelico; the slipcover also is in Like New condition, showing only some minor edge wear.
