Description: Here is a nice print of the watercolor painting entitled BARCELLONA - Parco di Montijuich da Piazza di Spagna by Aldo Raimondi, published by LAI - Linee Aeree Italiane (Italian Airlines) and depicting a view of the Montijuic Park from the Spanish Steps. Aldo Raimondi (1902-1997) was an Italian artist best known for his watercolor landscapes and cityscapes. Based on the artist's signature, this print was done in 1953 or later. The airline ceased doing business as LAI in 1957, thus this print was likely made between the years 1953 and 1957. The print is approximately 12.5"x16" overall. The printed area measures about 10" x 13.75" not counting the title line. Printed on heavy matte cream colored paper. The print is in excellent vintage condition with no tears, creases, folds or discoloration. I obtained the print from an estate sale. The print does not appear to have ever been framed. I have listed several prints by this artist that were published as a series by LAI. I do combine shipping, whenever practical on all items purchased and paid for on the same day.
