Description: This is a HEAVY DUTY Baldor 1.5 hp. Motor. It has a cast iron and steel frame, and mounts on an 8 in faceplate. ^ The holes in the faceplate are 7/16 x 6.5 in. on center. When tested, this motor ran quietly and did not heat up. Very smooth. ^ The voltage is 115/208/230. It is single phase. The series # is F0401233272. ^ I tested it, and hooked it up to 115v. The motor lead wires are clearly marked and the diagram for high or low voltage is very easy to follow. There are also clear directions for reversing direction of the shaft. ^ The shaft size is 3/4 in, and is keyed. The motor is continuous duty.
