Description: Bachmann Spectrum G Scale 36 Ton 2 Truck Shay Painted Unlettered Not Working 81197 *Rob Engine is in great non working condition. Does not have box. Has one broken handrail on left side of train. Engine was bench tested and does not run properly. Lights come on and motors work but wheels do not move. Unsure if this is an easy fix or not. Train people are included. Appears to have been ran at one point. Has some light dust in tough to reach spots but overall is very clean. Please see all photos for condition.
