There is no IMEI number anywhere on the phone and we do not know if it can be activated or if there are any passwords or accounts on the device. We purchased two of these from the same customer though, and the other one had the IMEI sticker on the back and it was clean, so we have no reason to believe this one would be blocked, but cannot guarantee it. If there are any passwords or accounts on it, we do not know the info and cannot remove it. Device is unlocked for any carrier. Device is damaged and is being sold as-is for parts or to be repaired. Any damage or issues are described below: • The phone powers on, but the LCD screen is damaged and does not light up or display anything. The light on the front of the screen turns on though and phone vibrates when plugged in, so it is definitely powering on.• The metal frame may have light scuffs and scratches, but no major dings or dents and the back has some very tiny, light "Micro" scratches, but are not too noticeable. All original parts, never repaired. Sold as-is for parts or to be repaired with no returns accepted. The images displayed in this listing are actual photos of the device you will receive.
