Description: Antique Zira Cigarettes Silk Austria Austrian Flag Factory No. 7 5th District NJ. The brand of the cigarette has been cut off, but my educated guess is that this is Zira based on the factory it was made in and the remains of the collection I acquired (and have listed). Early 1900s. Though these items are typically referred to as silks, they are most likely made of a satin-type material. Silk measures approximately 4-5/8" x 3". Some glue residue and staining as typical with a silk of this age.
