Description: Very nice set of W H Grindley & Co semi-porcelain dishes. We have a small handled pitcher, perhaps for cream or gravy, about 6.5" wide and 6.5" tall. Next is another small pitcher, without a handle, also could be used for cream or gravy or even sugar. It stands about 4.75" tall and 4" wide at the mouth and finally is a small covered bowl. This could be used for sugar, sugar packets or out of the kitchen for cotton balls, Q-tips, jewelry, spare change or any other small items. All are in excellent condition considering they are likely from the early years of Grindley's, likely 1880-1924 range. The makers mark is pre 1924. There are no signs of cracks, chips, crazing or repairs. I felt all over the edges for any roughness and felt nothing and saw nothing. The second makers mark says "Margot". I assume that is the style but I could not find anything online that was lavender with that name. So these seem to be somewhat unusual. If interested, please also check out our other ad for a large pitcher of the same color and design. Please examine pictures and ask any questions before purchasing as all sales are final. We ship within 3 business days of payment by USPS, UPS or Fed Ex, whichever saves you the most money. Payment is required immediately for Buy It Now purchases. Thank you for looking.
