Description: This antique wood walking stick cane is a unique addition to any collection. The hammered pewter L handle and steel tip add a touch of elegance to the knotty wood cane. The cane is measures approx. 33 3/4 inches in length and the handle measures approx. 4 1/8 ". The handle has a decorative hammered design and a rope type decoration on the collar and a space where we believe is an engraved name, but we cannot read it. Also has a steel tip bottom with a collar above the tip. We found this cane in our Uncle's study and it looks like it was hand forged, really not sure. The country/region of manufacture is also unknown. The engraving may be french, really not sure, please see pictures we tried to get a close up of the engraving.
