Description: Gorgeous, unusual, 19th century, antique hand blown Venetian glass square basket with a crystal, twisted handle that has a rough texture. The basket itself is full of aventurine. White case glass bottom with a clear ruffle edge. No nicks, chips, or cracks. No scratches or gouges. No stains or discoloration. No glued repairs. The bottom center of the basket has a popped air bubble, shown in the last enlarged photo. The art glass measures approximately 10" in length, approximately 8" in width, and approximately 8 1/4" in height. It needs to be cleaned. It came from an estate sale.
