Antique universal joint tool handle with Pat. date

Description: Handle-Offered is an antique tool handle embossed Jan 5, 92., no maker name. Has a universal joint that rotates a 3/8" square socket that can be removed to expose another 3/8" socket for different angle drives. The socket is held in place by a wire spring. Is mounted on a 9" long wood base having leather bumper pieces on one side. Handle is 4" long with a wood knob. Don't know intended use, possibly for a churn?
