Antique Silver? Yemen Ethnic Bedouin Tribal Prayer Box Necklace - Bakelite

Description: I have had this fabulous necklace for many years. Never worn it. I believe it to be an antique ethnic tribal Prayer Box necklace. Of what ethnic area, I do not know. It is just wonderful and would make quite a statement when worn. The beads are yellow Bakelite. It is strung with silver ball spacers. The Prayer Box is quite elaborate with silver trumpet tassels. Hangs down one side 17 1/2" including the Prayer Box. The silver has not been tested. Total weight of the necklace is 152.4 grams! Thank you.
