Colburn who worked as a professional photographer in Bay City, Michigan from 1867 - 1877. The frame is gorgeous and measures approximately 13” x 11” on the outside. The frames holds an image that’s approximately 9 1/2” x 7 1/2”. The screw eyes and hanging wire look to have been recently replaced along with a new piece of paper backing that has been partially opened, see photos.
