Description: Offered for auction is a fine antique sterling silver and engraved crystal photograph frame. The elaborate glass is framed by a 1/4” sterling border. The border is stamped STERLING on the back top. The corners are adorned with the distinctive Hawkes & Co. fluer de lis design. The four center screws are topped with the same fluer de lis. The frame is 14” high and 12” wide. The thickness of the glass is approximately 3/8”. The photo size is 9 3/4” high and 8” wide. The black velvet back is held in place by four small domed nuts. The overall condition is very good with no chips or damage.
