Description: Wonderful length of harder to find larger scale homespun plaid cotton fabric. Very desirable old homespun in a marvelous deep rich indigo blue tone & soft cream, the blue is slightly deeper than my photos reflect (somewhat closer to a navy). This is the kind we hunt hard for which seems to have gotten much more difficult to find. Slightly denser cotton, though soft bodied. The denser type that was very close to ticking type textiles of this period. A most wonderful piece of American history and absolutely perfect used in Americana, cabin, prairie and farmhouse projects and settings. If you're a homespun collector, this is an awesome piece to add into your stash. Again, really hard to find these variations so thrilled to have acquired this.Excellent for an abundance of projects or simply displayed with other primitive Americana textiles.**Measures~ 29" wide by 1 yard long ~ I can keep up to 4 yards in one uncut length.
