Overall the enamel is fantastic but I will show a lot of photos. It may have a gilt gold finish on some or all of it but any cleaning or polishing will be left to the buyer. The dragon head on top appears to maybe be applied? From the inside it looks like there is some clear enamel? Resin? - not sure but I believe it is in the condition it was in when purchased. Could be used as a pill box or vinaigrette/scent bottle using cotton? It is a gorgeous piece. See all photos.
