Description: HN Thayer & Co, manufactures of Childrens Carriages of 1899 This softcover reproduction was put together by Doreen Sinnett in 1986. Doreens Book has Never been Released to the public! Doreen fell in love with these Antique carriages after she found the original Paper magazine with all of these carriages in it. These, true to life, carriages were made by HN Thayer & Co, manufactures of Children's Carriages & Steel Body Express Wagons & Co. Their plant, where they originally made these steel carriages for Babies, was in Erie, Pa.She made this 46 page, softcover book, with over 76 different carriages and 12 Covered Parasols with Lace Covers that go with these carriages. There is also pictures of Twin Carriages, Stationary Carts with hoods, Sleeper Carts without hoods and Go carts! So, of course Doreen had to make these carriages by herself, in MINIATURE. So, she devised a way to make the spoked wheels for the carriages, in miniature. The Instructions are in this Book. As far as the carriage itself, you will need to make up your own items to create your original 1899 carriage! Your miniature dolls will fit perfectly with these carriages. Your miniature Baby Dolls will love them too. Disclosure: The book has old pictures of Kits for sale back in 1987. These doll kits are not available anymore.
