Description: Victorian folding scissors in 2” metal case jacketed in sterling and engraved Eugene and 1895.Folding scissors hang from decorative brooch by a clip to securely attach scissors. Marked sterling silver the jacket is slightly lifted on one end of scissors case. Metal blades have some small rust spots and are marked Germany, F & B, Patent. Brooch features a detailed engraved flower basket and flowers. Brooch tested silver but is unmarked. Both pieces have natural patina, tarnish, signs of age and use. See photos please.
