Youngers is a full time practicing Chiropractor in the quaint little town of East Aurora, New York. He obtained a Doctorate in Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 1997, graduating second in his class. His main interests while in graduate school were centered around neurology and psychoneouroimmunology (the study of the mind-body and immune system interactions). In 1998, Dr. Youngers completed additional training to become a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, which he practices both personally and professionally. After years of applied hypnotherapy and meditation practices, he began writing down his experiences, realizations, and personal transformation. His journey came full circle as he began practicing Reiki Tummo, which integrated heart-opening exercises with deep meditation.
