Description: An American Flyer S Gauge 313 Pennsylvania Locomotive and Tender. Overall, it shows some wear, but nice condition. Missing the rear handrail at the top of the tender. I attempted a test on my short 72" test track, and it will not run. I adjusted the tender lever several times, it clicks (cycles), and sounds like it wants to run, but doesn't. The headlight works. It's been sitting dormant on a shelf in my office, for over 30 years, and never run during my ownership. Most likely, it just needs a good cleaning, oil and lube. No original boxes, nor wraps. Sold in "as is" condition. Please examine the pictures, carefully. No shipping to freight forwarders, and no international shipping.
