Description: This is a profound and astounding Vintage Modern Abstract Expressionist Triptych Painting, Acrylic on canvas, by San Diego modernist painter Dotti Lynch. This work was acquired from an affluent deceased estate in La Jolla, California. This work is an ethereal abstraction, depicting tendrils of black against a background of orange, dark yellow and white. Not much is known about Dotti Lynch, but perhaps you know more about this artist? Each of the three painting segments is approximately 24 1/4 x 36 3/8. The whole artwork is approximately 36 3/8 x 72 inches. This work is signed multiple times on the verso: “Dotti Lynch” or “D.A. Lynch.” And dated: “11 - 26. ‘85 - ‘88.” Presumably, the triptych took the artist 3 years to paint. An artists stamp on the stretcher bars reads: “Dotti Lynch. Studio 26, Spanish Village Balboa Park.
